GSI has carefully selected speakers who have been successful after suffering life-changing events. Our speakers inspire, motivate, and instill hope and self-confidence in young women. These speakers are individuals who have beaten the odds and become successful entrepreneurs, attorneys, engineers, nurses, college graduates, and business leaders.
With experiences ranging from drug and alcohol abuse, physical abuse, single parenting, and other traumatic events, the speakers talk candidly about past mistakes and current challenges. Using a creative presentation and interactive discussion, they connect with the audience and share practical methods of achieving success, happiness, and a sense of achievement, despite past or present problems.
Genuine Self Images works with transformational speakers who leave long-lasting impressions on young women to provoke positive thought and inspire change. We also partner with the Speakers’ Bureau to provide the best speaker for any event.
Workshops and Programs
GSI provides workshops and seminars that deliver life-changing content and strategies. We are committed to challenging the traditional method of educating and offer interactive sessions and ongoing support to engage the audience on challenging topics. Our programs are confidential, non-judgmental, and delivered by genuine professionals. If you don’t see a program topic in our offering that doesn’t fit your needs, don’t worry. Mentoring Services
GSI has partnered with Big Brothers Big Sisters to offer mentoring services. Mentoring is a developmental partnership offering a one-on-one collaboration wherein the mentor shares knowledge, skills, information, and perspective to foster the personal and professional growth of another, as well as assisting with setting and achieving goals and problem solving.
Any girl signing up with the GSI Club or contacting our staff and expressing interest in mentoring will be referred to the local BBBS.
Coaching Services
GSI coaches provide structure, guidance, encouragement, support, and strategy to young women who wish to change their lives and achieve their goals. Our coaches listen, question, support, and challenge in order to assist their clients with reaching their own solutions. We also provide Christian coaches, in situations wherein a spiritual dimension is required.
A coaching relationship commences with a free 30-minute session to determine whether the relationship is a good fit. These sessions occur by telephone or e-mail. GSI provides a personal guarantee of value for every single session.
Addressing Teen Issues in Cyber-Space: Where Technology and Content Meet
